Market Transparency

The publication of inside information is carried out pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EC) №1227 / 2011 the European Parliament and of the Council on integrity and transparency in the market for wholesale energy (REMIT). The published information should not contain false, misleading or incomplete information and its disclosure could not be combined with the presentation of marketing information about the company's operations in a manner that may mislead.

The objective is intended to provide greater transparency while ensuring greater certainty on preventing unlawful use and / or dissemination of inside information by the market participants for wholesale electricity. The published data has been constantly updated with timely information to the market participants and competent authorities.
